Appointments & Scheduling

You can book online through our Patient Portal or call 301-909-4000. Please be sure to always arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your appointment to allow time to check-in.

Absolutely. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance so we can open your slot for another patient in need. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee. 

We reserve a portion of our schedule for same-day and urgent appointments so you can be seen when you need care most. When possible, it is always best to schedule your appointment in advance to ensure you get your preferred appointment time.

Please bring a valid photo ID, insurance card, and a list of your current medications. New patients should also bring any relevant medical records or test results.

Insurance & Payment

Yes. Capital Care Clinic accepts most major insurance plans, as well as HSA, FSA, and self-pay options. For specific questions, please call our office before your visit.

Yes. We provide affordable self-pay rates for patients without insurance and can arrange flexible payment options when needed.

Your insurance plan determines your copay based on the visit type. Our front desk can confirm your copay before your appointment begins.

A deductible is the amount you pay out-of- pocket for healthcare services before your insurance starts covering costs. The amount and how it applies to your visit depends on the type of insurance plan you have. Some plans have high deductibles. We recommend checking with your insurance provider to confirm your deductible and coverage details.

Services & Care

We offer comprehensive primary care for individuals and families, including wellness exams, chronic disease management, vaccinations, preventive screenings, women’s and men’s health, mental health support, lifestyle medicine programs, and more.

We perform several common in-office procedures including evaluating and closing minor cuts with sutures, draining abscesses (“boils”), treating minor burns, caring for simple wounds, removing earwax, caring for strains and sprains, among many other services. Give our office a call to learn more about the full range of services available.

Yes, we see children ages 6 and older for primary care services. We provide well-child visits, school and sports physicals, and preventative screenings for children and teens.

Yes, we offer secure telehealth (virtual) appointments for certain types of visits. Not all conditions can be treated virtually, and an in-person visit may be required to ensure a complete evaluation.

You can request prescription refills during your office visit, or you can contact our office directly. To ensure timely processing, prescription refill requests should be made well in advance- ideally at least one week prior to running out of medication.

Patient Portal & Records

You will be provided with a registration link after your first visit. You’ll receive an email with login details and step-by-step instructions. Contact our front desk if you did not receive Patient Portal login details.

All test results and visit summaries are uploaded to your Patient Portal. You can log in anytime to review or download your records.

Yes, the Patient Portal allows you to securely pay your bills online. If you have any issues with online payments, please contact us for assistance.

Location & Hours

We are located at 1895 Brightseat Road, Landover, MD, 20785. The building is within 95 Office Park, a collection of office suites.

Yes, we offer free on-site parking for our patients. There is immediate access to the Capital Beltway (I-495) and Route 202 (Landover Road).

Yes, we are served by public transit including the Downtown Largo Metro Station (Blue/Silver Lines) and regional bus lines.

Our clinic is open:

  • Monday: 9am – 5pm
  • Tuesday: 9am – 5pm
  • Wednesday: 9am – 5pm
  • Thursday: 9am – 7pm
  • Friday: 9am – 5pm

Yes. Most prescription renewals can be requested through our Patient Portal or by contacting our office directly. Please allow 24–48 hours for processing.

Yes. We maintain a trusted network of specialists and will coordinate referrals as part of your care plan when additional expertise is required.
